Among the top experiences of my life was embarking on a spiritual journey through Reiki.\u00a0 I was privileged to have done so with Christine Jefferies, Reiki Master, in September 2012.<\/p>\n
I was referred to Christine by a trusted friend who said that I would not believe that such a kind and positive person exists and she was absolutely right.\u00a0 From the moment I entered Christine’s lovely home, I knew I would be in good and loving hands.<\/p>\n
What a treat to have spent time with someone who personifies the essence of Reiki and is the epitome of what a Reiki Master and healer should be – open, patient, kind, clever and all in.\u00a0 Her gift for language and her understanding of Reiki allow her to know when to keep things simple, when to dig a little deeper and when to exercise her wicked sense of humour.<\/p>\n
I can honestly say that I felt a definite shift in myself the day following my first Reiki treatment and class.\u00a0 I liken it to having a big weight lifted off of my shoulders.\u00a0 I felt relieved, hopeful, and excited for the first time in a very long time and Christine was the catalyst.\u00a0 My wish is for everyone to feel this kind of bliss.<\/p>\n
I wondered if Christine’s promise of ongoing support was sincere because so many people nowadays are in such a rush and may have good intentions but don’t always follow through.\u00a0 I’m happy to report that she was, and continues to be, fully committed to helping me and does so thoughtfully.\u00a0 And trust me, I had LOTS of questions!<\/p>\n
I have completed my Reiki Level II and continue my personal practice.\u00a0 My family and friends have noticed a positive change in me and have allowed me to incorporate Reiki in to their lives as well.\u00a0 It’s the absolute best gift you can give someone.\u00a0 It’s a comfort knowing that the simplest and best solution is to trust one’s own intuition and to have faith.\u00a0 I am calmer and more confident as a result of this epiphany.<\/p>\n
Deciding to learn Reiki is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made and I am forever grateful to Christine.\u00a0 If you are considering having a treatment, taking a class, or exploring Reiki in any way, you are reading this for a reason.\u00a0 Trust!<\/p>\n
