I am happy to announce that I have re-opened my doors for in-person Reiki treatments.  This remains a tender and challenging time as the Province of Ontario reopens.  We are experiencing a variety of emotions whilst we navigate what feels comfortable and safe in our lives.  Reiki first and foremost, helps relieve stress and helps heal anxiety and fear.  If you are struggling during these unusual and tender times please, consider reaching out for a Reiki Session.  Reiki offers a myriad of benefits on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Thank you for visiting my website.  My heartfelt wishes for wellness and peace of mind to you and your families. This is a tender and challenging time for humanity.  Many people are feeling varying amounts of stress, anxiety, fear and depression.

If you are reading this you have heard about Reiki and possibly the myriad of benefits people reap from this alternative healing therapy.  The vast majority of my Reiki clients feel a relief of stress after the first treatment.  With repeat treatments the feelings of peace, clarity and joy are long lasting.  Reiki is an energy therapy that balances your energy, giving more life force energy to areas of your body that are lacking, and dispersing energy in clogged areas.  This balancing allows universal life force energy to flow to all parts of your body.  This strengthens your immune system and supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself.  Reiki is a mind-body practice treating the whole of your body.

I write this note as a reminder that Long Distance Reiki is very effective and that I continue to offer this service.  This means you stay in your home, while I stay in my home and I send Reiki over distance, time and space to you at an agreed upon time.

Being trained in Usui Art of Energy Healing, I was guided to search out someone who had been taught by William Rand for Holy Fire Reiki.
Finding Christine on the Canadian Reiki Association website, and living fairly close, I chose to have a Reiki session with her first, to see how I felt and if I wanted to learn from her. Teacher/student energy is very important.

As soon as I entered her home for my Reiki session, I knew.  This lovely women embodied Reiki from head to toe and not only did I complete Usui Holy Fire Level I, II and Advanced Reiki Training/Reiki Master Training with Christine, I have continued my relationship with Christine through monthly Reiki Circles and beyond.

Christine is the whole package. Not only do you learn the beautiful, nurturing Reiki Energy, but she continues to be a Mentor, offering Reiki Circles, bringing together her students to continue their journeys together. This doesn’t happen, nor is it expected of a Reiki Teacher, to do so. Christine does so with Authentic Love.

There is a saying, by Robin Sharma, a Canadian Writer, and one of the world’s premier speakers on Leadership and Personal Mastery that I would like to share here.  “ You can tell how beautifully you’re leading by the trail of Leaders you’re leaving behind you.”

Christine has mentored many exceptional Reiki Masters, but she also continues her journey of learning and growing, as well. We never stop learning.
