Ongoing Mentorship

Being trained in Usui Art of Energy Healing, I was guided to search out someone who had been taught by William Rand for Holy Fire Reiki.
Finding Christine on the Canadian Reiki Association website, and living fairly close, I chose to have a Reiki session with her first, to see how I felt and if I wanted to learn from her. Teacher/student energy is very important.

As soon as I entered her home for my Reiki session, I knew. This lovely women embodied Reiki from head to toe and not only did I complete Usui Holy Fire Level I, II and Advanced Reiki Training/Reiki Master Training with Christine, I have continued my relationship with Christine through monthly Reiki Circles and beyond.

Christine is the whole package. Not only do you learn the beautiful, nurturing Reiki Energy, but she continues to be a Mentor, offering Reiki Circles, bringing together her students to continue their journeys together. This doesn’t happen, nor is it expected of a Reiki Teacher, to do so. Christine does so with Authentic Love.

There is a saying, by Robin Sharma, a Canadian Writer, and one of the world’s premier speakers on Leadership and Personal Mastery that I would like to share here. “ You can tell how beautifully you’re leading by the trail of Leaders you’re leaving behind you.”

Christine has mentored many exceptional Reiki Masters, but she also continues her journey of learning and growing, as well. We never stop learning.

Reiki Training Never Ends

Christine is an excellent teacher. Even before my first Reiki class, I knew she was the one I had to learn from. She is so warm, caring and encouraging. The thing I love the most is that your Reiki training never ends once you’re done the classes with Christine. She opens up her home to her students once a month for Reiki shares and circles. It’s so nice to get together with people with all levels of training and share our stories with one another and share Reiki. Thank you so much Christine, for the ongoing educational experience you have given me with my Reiki Journey.

Guided Through Class

I had previously taken my Reiki Level 1 June of 2017; followed by Reiki Level 11 October of 2017. Since that time I followed through with all the practice that comes from learning this gifted modality. But I felt that I was missing something more. Being new to the Reiki world I had done my due diligence last year and did see Christine’s name come up but decided to go to another Master (the original Reiki Usui Ryoho) closer to home. So I contacted Christine again and she lovingly accepted me into her Reiki Level 11 Holy Fire class.

I say lovingly because that’s just how Christine makes you feel. Like you are loved. The welcome you are greeted with and the beautiful surrounding of her Studio just wrap warm arms around you as you enter. It’s almost overwhelming in a beautiful way! You are just guided though the class with such dedication to detail in a most relaxed manner. It’s not a class it’s home.

I am finding that the energy of the Holy Fire Reiki is much more precise, cleaner, sharper; I’m really enjoying working with this energy and I can’t thank you enough Christine for your kindness and your absolute amazing teaching skills. You are truly a gift to all of us. I would and do recommend you in a heart beat. I look forward to coming back and will be honoured to attend your class for Reiki Master.

I would like to thank you for a wonderful class offered yesterday. You opened your home and heart to us and showed us a new world that has the potential to change our lives forever – for the better.

I have been a student of Christine’s since 2012 and have taken levels I, II and Advanced Reiki. I have recently re-taken Levels I and II, as there’s always something new to learn! What struck me during my follow up classes was how Christine had evolved as a teacher. When I wrote my first testimonial, I had nothing but complimentary things to say about my experience. Although I didn’t think it possible at the time, here we are 4 years later, and the positive effects of Reiki continue to surprise me and help me thrive. This is largely thanks to my mentor, Christine.

Her commitment to her own personal development, and to helping others on their paths to enlightenment, is truly amazing. She has become even MORE articulate and knowledgeable on the subject of Reiki’s benefits and is completely in her comfort zone when (patiently!) answering questions.

She has created a warm, safe and open environment for students to share and learn, either at workshops or during Reiki circles. I’m so grateful that she has made Reiki circles available for students to stay connected with positive energy and to one another. Level II Reiki Class Experience

Thank you for the class experience and Reiki treatment. Since I have been doing Reiki on myself I am now able to eat for the first time in years without pain in my stomach. I have seen countless doctors and surgeons over the past 10 years and even had my gallbladder out with no success to relieve the pain or an answer as to why I had a lump in my stomach. Today the lump is almost gone and the pain is not there at all….truly amazing”

A weight lifted from my shoulders…

Among the top experiences of my life was embarking on a spiritual journey through Reiki. I was privileged to have done so with Christine Jefferies, Reiki Master, in September 2012.

I was referred to Christine by a trusted friend who said that I would not believe that such a kind and positive person exists and she was absolutely right. From the moment I entered Christine’s lovely home, I knew I would be in good and loving hands.

What a treat to have spent time with someone who personifies the essence of Reiki and is the epitome of what a Reiki Master and healer should be – open, patient, kind, clever and all in. Her gift for language and her understanding of Reiki allow her to know when to keep things simple, when to dig a little deeper and when to exercise her wicked sense of humour.

I can honestly say that I felt a definite shift in myself the day following my first Reiki treatment and class. I liken it to having a big weight lifted off of my shoulders. I felt relieved, hopeful, and excited for the first time in a very long time and Christine was the catalyst. My wish is for everyone to feel this kind of bliss.

I wondered if Christine’s promise of ongoing support was sincere because so many people nowadays are in such a rush and may have good intentions but don’t always follow through. I’m happy to report that she was, and continues to be, fully committed to helping me and does so thoughtfully. And trust me, I had LOTS of questions!

I have completed my Reiki Level II and continue my personal practice. My family and friends have noticed a positive change in me and have allowed me to incorporate Reiki in to their lives as well. It’s the absolute best gift you can give someone. It’s a comfort knowing that the simplest and best solution is to trust one’s own intuition and to have faith. I am calmer and more confident as a result of this epiphany.

Deciding to learn Reiki is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made and I am forever grateful to Christine. If you are considering having a treatment, taking a class, or exploring Reiki in any way, you are reading this for a reason. Trust!
