9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

With the new energy and excitement of 2014 it is the perfect time to understand and begin working with the wonderful healing energy of Reiki.  It is my great pleasure to introduce and attune you to the Reiki energy during this class.  You will learn the history of Reiki, all about Chakras, Reiki Precepts, the Pillars of Reiki, hand positions to treat self and others in a calm, supportive and loving environment.  The day allows ample time to practise working with the Reiki energy. The class also includes meditations, manual, refreshments and certificate upon completion of course.

I am a certified CRA teacher and helping to grow a community of Reiki practitioners.  I offer monthly Reiki Exchanges as an opportunity to spend time with like minded people and a forum for questions and giving and receiving treatments.

Today is an opportunity to learn about this wonderful healing energy therapy within a comfortable, calm, caring, and supportive environment.  First Degree Reiki in particular, focuses on self-healing and during class topics include the History of Reiki, Chakras, Five Reiki Precepts, Hand Positions to treat self and others and much more.  The day allows ample time to practise working with the Reiki energy.  The class also includes your attunement, manual, refreshments and certificate upon completion of the course.
