Today is the First Day of the Rest of Your Life.
It was years ago when I first read this statement and it still holds incredible power for me today. Does this statement resonate with you? Do the words evoke an emotion deep within? For me, the meaning is profound, we can start afresh today. We can start that diet, we can mend a friendship, we can start a budget and save money towards financial freedom, and essentially we can make over our lives TODAY. As the sun rises each morning we have an opportunity to assess our lives and decide what is working for us and what is not. You decide what of the past controls you today. Let go of the thoughts that do not help you to live your best life, heal your life one day at a time. Reiki assists and guides you to heal your life.
