I embarked on my Reiki journey in 2008 when I received my first Reiki treatment. My curiosity and lifelong belief in alternative medicine fuelled my desire to learn more about this healing energy therapy. I took my Reiki Level I Class in May 2009.
I was inspired by the power of Reiki to heal and the guidance it was giving to my life, so I quickly followed up with my Level II Class in September 2009. The more I learned the more I was sure I wanted this to be an integral part of my life. My enthusiasm for this healing modality incited me to start my own business, Restorative Reiki with Christine, and create a beautiful, relaxing studio in my home in Pickering. I went on to take my Reiki Master level in England, May 2010, with William Lee Rand from the International Center for Reiki.
In June 2011, I left the corporate world to pursue my dream and my passion to help people live their best life by creating balance, harmony and total wellness through Reiki. Every day, I am excited by the opportunity to work with people and communities and to share the message of Reiki and this wonderful holistic, energy therapy.
In 2015, I felt guided to retake all my classes of Reiki to experience the new Usui Holy Fire® energy. In February, I participated in a Level I & II class and truly was able to feel a shift in my energy and increase in my vibration through the attunement. March 2015, I again participated in an Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki Master Class. There is always something new to learn and absorb and I am committed to continually upgrade my training and experiences to offer the best classes and care to each student and client. I am excited by the Holy Love Experiences and Holy Fire® Energy and the higher frequency of healing it offers with increased loving guidance and empowerment.

As a Reiki Master, I pledge to honour and embody the Reiki Ideals. I am committed to my personal growth, healing and living my best life and to inspire others to do the same. I will always provide a safe, nurturing and confidential environment to foster trust for everyone so they may experience the healing energy of Reiki.
